We can turn setbacks in the victories. Find the lesson, apply it and than look back to defeat and smile :-)
Your response to defeat is the key to your success! You can fall down 7 times, important is that You stand up 8 times!

Failure is temporary. It may last a day, or a week, a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it will last forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with?

If the average person encounters difficulties, they often start to worry, complain about everything and everyone. However, he does nothing or almost nothing to get out of the situation. He believes that the fault always lies outside himself. He thinks that someone else is to blame for what has happened to him. He complains about bad luck, about the government, about other people.
Successful people, on the other hand, even when they fall, do not just lie there, they immediately start to act. They do not seek blame, but look for solutions.
They do not see problems in the events that happen to them, they rather treat them as challenges they face. It is much easier to accept a challenge than to solve a problem. Just the attitude towards the situation can make a big difference.
They stop for a moment to think and analyse. They gather the facts. OK, the situation is this and that. They ask themselves: what could happen, what are the potential developments, what are the potential scenarios and what can I do about it.

Average people, when something unfavourable happens to them, run away from it. They try to avoid similar situations in the future. Successful people, on the other hand, try to learn a lesson for themselves from every such situation.
I always ask myself: Ok, what can I learn from this situation for the future? What can I do better in the future? What can I do so that such a situation does not happen to me again? But I certainly don't say: OK, so as I do not want to lose again, I won't take risks in the future. I will, because I know that risk is part of success. Failure is also part of success. The more failures you have behind you, the closer to success you are. Of course, under one small condition: that you do not give up when you fail, and that you learn from each failure and treat it as another lesson. As a transition to the next level of the game.
Treat life like a game. You go, you collect points, you get trophies, you lose trophies. If you lose once, you can gain again later. As long as you are alive and as long as you keep moving forward, no matter how slowly you move forward, sooner or later you will get where you wanted to go.

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Please remember that failure is delay, and not defeat.
When life throws challenges at you, there are two things you can do. You either pick up yourself and move ahead or sit in a corner mulling over what went wrong in your life. Picking yourself and moving ahead might be a tough thing to do, but it's worth the efforts. When you fight the challenges, you realize how strong you are!
It helps You to face next challenges with more courage, because You will know that You faced so many challenges in Your life until now, so You will manage to face next challenges as well.
